Refund policy

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the item(s) back and offer you a full refund or exchange/credit note as long as they are unworn, in perfect condition, still have the labels attached and is returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Should you return the item after 7 days, we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note if it is returned up to 14 days after receiving the order. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Shoes must be returned unmarked with their original packaging as this is considered part of the product, shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted.

At this time we are unable to offer free returns on non-faulty items as we don't want to encourage excessive and impulsive consumption. Customers are required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) unless it is a return of faulty items, in which case we will cover delivery costs.

Any customs duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are unable to refund those costs. Please mark your package as a return if sending it back to us.

FAULTY ITEMS

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you and returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s) At Mise Tusa we take every effort to check your item(s) thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

EXCHANGES

Regarding item exchanges, all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Once we have received and inspected the returned item the new item will be posted to you immediately.

EXCEPTIONS

Any custom / made to order items or any items which have been altered are not eligible for return.

PROCESS

  1. Please contact us directly at info@misetusa.ie or +353 (0)91 776671 with your order number and reason for return and if within 7 days please include your return preference (refund, exchange, credit note, repair) We will get back to you within 48 hours.

  2. On returning the item, please share your proof of postage

  3. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Please ensure all returned goods are well packaged, to avoid any damage during transit.

Please remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us.

Returns are normally processed within 2-3 working days of us receiving your return.

Refunds may take up to 5 days to appear in your bank account (depending on bank) PayPal returns can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
